We appreciate your order and kindly ask that you ensure your shipping address and contact details (including a valid phone number) are entered accurately to prevent any delays.

Currently, we only sell and ship products within Australia.

When will my order ship?

Orders for in-stock products are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. For pre-orders or customized items, expect shipment within 2–4 business weeks. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location and the performance of the local courier service.

As a small business, some orders may be hand-delivered by our junoo.keebs team. If this applies to your order, we will notify you with an estimated delivery window. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package; if not, it will be left in a safe location.

Additionally, we can arrange self-collection in Brisbane. Please contact us directly if you'd like to coordinate this option.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery usually takes 2–8 business days. Remote or regional areas may require up to 12 business days. All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Queensland.
