junoo.keebs Quality Disclosure

At junoo.keebs, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom mechanical keyboard components. Our products are crafted by trusted vendors or manufactured through partners with whom we maintain direct business relationships.

While we strive for perfection, the nature of low-volume manufacturing means that some minor imperfections may occasionally occur. These are generally cosmetic and do not affect the performance or functionality of the product.

Examples of Minor Imperfections (Cosmetic Only)
Minor imperfections may include, but are not limited to, light machining marks on interior surfaces, slight anodization color variation between case pieces, and small anodization hook marks on internal areas

These are considered acceptable within the standards of custom keyboard manufacturing and are not grounds for return or replacement.

Examples of Major Issues
More serious defects that affect function or visible appearance may include noticeable scuffs, scratches, dents, or marks on exterior surfaces, significant anodization mismatching on visible areas, dead-on-arrival (DOA) PCBs, case parts that do not fit together properly during assembly.

If your order arrives with a major defect or functional issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a return, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation and our return policy.

Change of mind returns
Due to the nature of our products—primarily customized mechanical keyboard components—we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once the item’s packaging has been opened. This includes cases such as ordering the wrong size or variant, as customized items typically have limited or no resale value. However, in certain cases and at our sole discretion, we may accept a return if the request is made within 7 days of purchase, the item is unused and unopened, and the original packaging with all factory seals is fully intact. In such cases, the product must be in the same condition as when received. Please note that if a return of this nature is approved, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

 

Order cancellations
Orders for in-stock products that do not involve any customization may be cancelled at any time before the item has shipped. Pre-orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of being placed. After that time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. For customized products, cancellations are allowed before the item is shipped and will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price. Once a custom item has shipped or has been received, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved—either due to a defect or an accepted return—it will be processed to the original payment method. Once processed, the funds will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Returns
If you need to return a product, please contact us first to receive the appropriate return address and confirmation. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or processed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items without proof of delivery.

Product Warranty
All products purchased from junoo.keebs come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and functional issues but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. Refunds or replacements under warranty will be provided in accordance with the policies outlined above.
